Eligibility for Return:
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To start the return process, please contact us at sales@sanditoes.com.au. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly notify us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food or plants), custom products, personalised items, and personal care products. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. If you have questions about the eligibility of your item for return, please reach out to us.
Sale Items and Gift Cards:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure a smooth process is to initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refund Process:
